Vauxhall Astra LPG, fault

Astra LPG (fitted when made, not a conversion )2004. Cuts out when warmed up. Have to wait 5-10 mins before it will restart. Engine management light is on. It has had all new sensors and been to 3 garages. Reading says code 335. Garage cannot find the problem. Some-one told me that there was a recall due to faulty brain, but I cannot find any info to back this up. So far have spent over £400.00, but car remains off the road. I am a taxi driver and cannot work. Please help. I am in despair.

We have a 2000 lpg factory koltec system and it misfired on gas only, it required a new distributor (osf wing by bulkhead) and cost £425!. Now goes like a dream on lpg and petrol alike.
These astras are common for egr faults also, but that causes irratic / high idle on petrol only normally.

Does the Graco car seat base (for Graco Junior) fit into Daewoo Lanos 2004 back seats?

Best bet is to buy it and take it to your local fire department or highway patrol. Here in California the CHP, California Highway Patrol will attempt the install for free, they are trained to do so. If the officer says no then the reality is that you may want a new car. Graco seats are great and the size of seats are similar across brands. Good Luck

Where can i buy maxi cosi car seat straps 0-9months-i need to replace as they are dirty.

Good Afternoon

We cannot send out a replacement harness for any carseat due to the safety implications of it being incorrectly fitted. They can be cleaned in situ with warm soapy water.

If you would like to book the carseat in for our engineers to replace the harness standard charge for this is 72GBP and you can book it in by calling the customer service department on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30.

I have the cybex pallas car seat and took the covers off to wash them. Now I cant fit one of them back on. Its the bit that covers the side impact head protection...please help!

Call Dorel/Cosco and ask for an emailed version of the instructions. Might help.
Otherwise, try warming the fabric and sliding it on. Heat can help relax the fabric.
Just dont overdo it with too much heat.

Car seat in Rear Facing Position takes up too much room in our car. Any suggestions.

We have 6 car seats for our 3 children; one in each vehicle. I moved the seats around so all three can fit in our CRV; however, if I would not have swapped the carseats, all three would not have fit in the CRV. In other words, be creative. When your child is old enough/big enough for a booster seat, those are smaller. I think I waited until my child was at least 3 for a booster, but they are worth the $30-$60 to save the room you need in the car if your child is big enough.
