Question about Canon PowerShot A95 Digital Camera
This sounds like it might be a defective CCD imager. If so, Canon should fix this for you for free, including free shipping both ways. This is regardless of your camera's warranty status. Also, Canon's very quick on the turnaround repair (~10 days), so if you send it in for repair early next week, you should have it back for the graduation.
