Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I am trying to print a document but if I click SOLUTION CENTER I am told no HP device detected.Meanwhile I have documents waiting and all connections appear to be ok
Please follow the instructions step-by-step... troubleshooting starts with the most simple first.. then gets more complicated...
Also, if you get to the point that you have to un-install and re-install your drivers, it's always better to download the latest ones rather than use the CD that came with the printer. I'll provide you the link for the driver page as well at the end of the fix-it steps.
1. Check connections and status
NOTE: If you chose a custom install and did not select HP Digital Imaging Device Functions, the Digital Imaging Monitor will not be installed. Proceed to Solution five.
