Question about Acer AL1714 17" LCD Monitor
This sounds like your Video card might not be compatible with the game you are playing. You might need a better video card. Before you do anthing else, check to see if your computer is fast enough to play it.
Big games can crash slow computers, also it could just be a bad monitor.
Try checking the cord between the monitor and the computer.
