Mitsubishi WT-46807 46" Rear Projection Television Logo

I have an older 200x model Mitsubishi 1080i 46" rear projection TV that no longer turns on. When first powered up the power light on the front blinks in sequence to note that I have a bad power supply or there is a power supply error. I know this from other forums I've inquired on. My question is, how do I get a new power supply module for this TV? where would I find one. Already called Mitsubishi, and they state the part is no longer orderable. they told me to find someone with a old model or used part but gave no advice beyond that.

The Model of the set is a WT-46807 . Basically i got the blinking green lights when I plug in the power the first time, and the sequence of the lights when compared to a few reports and forums i had read illude to a bad power supply or ballast. No idea how to find or where to get the parts.

Parts for older Mitsubishi are difficult to find. If you give me the complete model number I can check if the part is available online.

In the meanwhile please, try the two websites below.

I know this is an old post but I have a wt 46807 that I'm parting out. Let me know which board you need if you still need one. I don't know the names of each board but looking at the tv from the rear, the center and right boards on this tv are ok. The one on the left(tuner?) had some corrosion damage to one of the connectors. [email protected]

65" mitsubishi rear projection tv won't turn

IF model number posted is correct and green power light comes on for a few seconds and then goes off:
On front of set press and hold both the Menu and Input (device) buttons at the same time for at least five seconds and release both buttons.

Power light will then blink a two digit error code like 2 blinks, 2 blinks, a pause and repeat it several times.

Let me know what error code is found and I will tell you what it means.

When the tv plugged up the power led blinks 3 times. When the power button is pressed the tv comes on for three seconds and turns back off. What could be the problem? Could this be a convergence problem?

Do the self check when power light goes out:

ON front of set (not remote) press and hold both the Menu and Input (Device) buttons at same time for 5 seconds or longer and release both buttons.

Power light will blink a two digit error code like 2 blinks, 2 blinks, a pause and repeat it several times.

Let me know code.

Mitsubishi 55" rear projection TV, wouldn't turn off

um . that model doesn't have a reset button . but if no lights on front of the set even blink when you press the power button on the front or on the remote .then suspect front panel buttons ,with that model.

Mitsubishi tv will not stay on

That model has a blink code to help diagnosis. When the TV goes off press The Input And Menu Buttons On The Front Panel Simultaneously And Hold Them In For 5 Seconds After 5 Seconds The Power Led On The Front Panel Will Blink A Two Digit Sequence. It will help determine the circuit but troubleshooting will be needed to check for a defective component.
