Question about Apple 20gb Ipod Mp3 Player With Click Wheel System
Hi.. if you have itunes, run the program, connect the ipod to it and then see what it does.. i would suggest just using the restore option in itunes so it can reset your ipod.. u can only do this on itunes but i've also found that realplayer will work with itunes as well so hopefully one of those two programs will work for you.. itunes is a little glitchy with windows vista so keep that in mind if you are running a vista os.. you can also go to your start button, click and open the MY COMPUTER option and then see if you can see see your ipod plugged in--that is another way if you don't see a prompt pop up after you plug it in...
