I cant remember my password to get on my computer how do i get on it

Reset the password on the other devices (tablet or computer) then you can access gmail on the cell phone where you do not remember the password. Password should be the same on all three devices.

what laptop is it? i.e toshiba laptops require two points on the motherboard to be connected as you turn on the laptop.

have you remember any question while you have setup passwor to your system if remember then use it for recover your forgotten password

Try emailing them to see if its possible.

is she the only user on this computer? or is there another account saetup on it?

There is no such thing as a master over write password.
You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions.
