Records but no sound (by 3 users)

My 2003 quasar video camera records just fine but there is no sound. Is this an easy fix or an expensive one?

I also have a 2003 Quasar that will record great but when we play back we have no sound. This seems to be a problem with the 2003 models.

My palmcorder records picture just fine, but there is no sound. When I play other tapes they have sound but no sound on new recordings. I have brought several brands of tapes and still the same problem. Is there a head cleaner for my palmcorder that will restore sound or do I have to have it repaired? Help please!!!!!!
