check that you have got the settings to acess internet , contact the customer care they will send it for free or go to web application check the acess point is corrervt or not thats all

you need to install the software of the phone setup and make sure you plug in the usb cable properly.

Open PC SUITE > One Touch Acess> Configure>choose your type phone > tick on configuration the connection manually >It will show the information of GRPS such as: acess point name , Username and password you need fill it . But If u don't know what's the name of the acess point , username and password you need to contact your operator. After fill it finish Click on Connect and enjoy!
