That's typically a poor internet connection via your provider (AT&T or Verizon etc.). Try connecting to a WiFi connection at home or at work and try playing it again. If that works, it's your cellular internet connection.
Error messages can mean several things. You may have lost internet connection for a short period or your tablet may be having problems with downloading. Try down loading later at night, late late and see if it just happens to work.
Try this. to fix this error, open Internet explorer browser and navigate to tools ,internet options. Under internet options choose connection tab, then select LAN settings and see whether the check box is checked or not for the option to use a proxy server for your LAN.
Can you reinstall the Outlook express may solve this issue. I do
remember recently Microsoft released some new patches for Outlook

re-install the program internet explorer.
or go to ( On your computer ) Start/all programs/accesories/system tools/system information.
From there you should have an option to repair internet explorer.
