I have a bizhub c252 it was working fine untill we moved to our new office now automatic dispenser is not working,error message say's original size cannot be detected

I'm not sure what you want to do, but I have installed various BizHub machines.

User ID, is exactly what it is... Used to monitor and manage individual users.

Which OS is the machine you want to scan to?

Depending on machine, I will hint Konica Minolta FTP Utility...

did the copier come with the scanner option? or require hard drive and or memory

It is supported for Vista according to this chart

Here is the drivers for 32 bit Vista

You will need to go to the printers folder under Start, settings, & select the C252, right click on it, select properties & go to the 'Option' tab.
In here input the C252's IP address into the 'printer name or IP address' field and select gather option information.
Once done you will need to apply the settings and ok.
If you dont know the IP address you can get it by going into Utility, user settings, print reports, config page.
You should now be able to select the correct trays without errors.
