Hi,
Kingston has discontinued its support for Windows 98 and therefore no longer posts their drivers for that OS.
You can try using generic drivers (but being generic is not 100% compatible to all).
For Windows 98, try here;
For Windows 98SE, try here.

Am I to assume that the drivers doesn't work?
Or is it possible that your concern also includes that the USB are not showing in your Device Manager? Or perhaps your PC doesn't have any USB ports?
Pls post back updates and additional details.
Contrary to your post "windows 98 and 98se. does,nt like mass-storage devices." flash drives do work in Windows 98(SE) and all it takes is correct setup and getting the appropriate drivers. And I do know since I still maintain a couple of 98s for clients and update most of their anti-virus using a flashdrive.
Perhaps it is you Sir who do not know, may I be of assistance and teach you how pls?

Hello
WIN 98 and WIN 98SE wont support the USB Pen Drives
Please re-install the latest OS like WIN XP/2K/2003 which automatically detects the mass storage drives.
