OK, WELL, IT JUST WONT TURN ON.?

ITS BRAND NEW... I DID NOT DROP IT, SHAKE IT,
OR SUBMERGE IT IN COCA-COLA...

IT JUST REFUSES TO SWITCH ON....!!
BUT I SERIOUSLY WNNA GET IT WORKING COZ I PAID $100 FOR THIS CRAP...!!
HEY WHEN I PLUGGED IT IN MY COMPUTER, THIS FOLLOWING MESSAGE CAME UP (i cut and pasted the message between the stars below JUST IN CASE IT HELPS, EH.?!...)
