Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl 8100
You'll need to do a full reset. You will need something very small like a thin paperclip or narrow pin (just not too sharp as you could damage it). There is a recessed button (there might be two actually). You will need to find the smaller one (refer to your owners manual on how to do this) and press the reset button to hard reset it.You should be up and running after this.
