even though i delete information on my iriver h320, no more free disc space is shown. what can i do?

I downloaded some music from my computer to my iRiver MP3 player [H320] and when I went to play one of the songs with .mp3 at the end of it my player just stopped. It is now suspended in a fixed on position and none of the keys on the front will respond to any of the commands. I would appreciate your kind assistance. Kind regards, Greg.

- 2 of my players have crashed also sent a question month ago approx how much will it cost to get going again just a simple approx if you know as i see there are a lot out there crashing should be fixed at companys expense as it doesnt make it look good for i river so please just an approx amount to fix would not be hard to do would it- kwscSolution #1

Try pressing the rest button on the side, then reload the firmware - see if that works

if your player stopped responding like downloading the music from your computer to your player or after your player is not working just reset by using paper clip to the hole and press down until your player is off then press on it should work properly sometimes it does freeze or crashed at some point.
