That only means that the tower is not able to detect a signal coming from your video card. Try to re seat cables from monitor to tower then check if you see any colors on the monitor if you do that's good that means its working. After that plug it back again. If it still does the same thing try to re seat the video card if you have one and the memory card.

Hope this helps!

When turned on the computer power light comes on and the fan but nothing else.. Moniter shows no signal, no beep or anything from computer... just sit there with fan running... What can I try toget...

Sounds like the memory is faulty. If there theres more than 1 memory module just try one at a time until you find the faulty 1. If only 1 in there replace it the speed of memory should be written on the old one. Cheers from Scott pls dont forget to vote

No signal to monitor. No beeps at start up. Fans running. New video card installed (after issue began) monitor & cord are working fine (have checked both with other computer)

There might be a problem with your RAM you may check your RAM and clean it with a cotton cloth and fix it again or change your RAM and see
Or the problem can also be with your moniter
thanks
