Question about Motorola Mobility i560 Cellular Phone
My phone all of sudden turns off by its self then turns back on and starts loading like it if I turned it back on but then it displays Insert sim and I cant make calls or anything. Then I turn it off and back on and still says the same thing. I do that like 2 or 3 times and eventually it works again but sometimes it will constantly do it. I even have to pull out the battery and wait like a minute or so then I turn it back on and it works for a while.
Remove the battery from the phone. Get a post-it note and cut it into 1x1 inch squares. Lay 3 to 4 squares on top of the SIM card door area in the phone. Reinstall the battery. The paper is going to place pressue on the SIM card door to keep it in contact with the contacts. It will fix this problem.

This could be due to a liquid or physical damage issue. The only way to know is to stop by a local service and repair center. This is covered completely by Sprint Nextel's ESRP (Equipment Service & Repair Program) and TEP (Total Equipment Protection), and can be done at any Sprint Nextel Service & Repair Location. If you do not subscribe to ESRP or TEP, the charge for the repair will be no more than $55.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
