I cannot see myself nor my friend can see me when I try to make a video call. Nothing appears, and the following message displays:
YOUR CONVERSATION CANNOT BEGIN BECAUSE YOU ARE CURRENTLY USING YOUR CAMERA OR IT IS NOT CONNECTED. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR CAMERA IS AVAILABLE AND TRY AGAIN.
Can you please assist me on this?
