Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Hello! We have some problem whith 1 chanel, when 2

BOTH turntables and the same channel on each? If it's really really low and tinny that would probably be a failure to have/use a PHONO preamp (built-in and selectable on the Mixer).

Swap the channels coming in from the mk1200 and see if it stays with the mk1200 or with the left channel of the mixer.

There IS an outside chance you have flaky connections at the cartridge.

NO VIDEO OR AUDIO ON ANY INPUT, BUT HAS MENU DISPLAY

If you try to change the chanel on the remote and you don't get snow, then your set is in home theater mode and stuck on EXT-1 input.
You will have to get into the menu under advanced settings and turn off Home Theater.

Hope this helps.
Thanks for using FixYa

All my chanels are blocked every time i change the chanel ive got to press the 1111 key every time to get the station

Hi,

You've probably activated the parental control / child lock. This can be done accidentally by pressing a certain combination of buttons on the remote. To turn this off:

1. Press the "MENU" button on the remote control
2. Select the "LOCK" option (the padlock icon) with the left and right arrow buttons "" ">" on the remote
3. Enter the password. The default is 0000 but yours appears to be set to 1111. Try either or both.
4. On the next screem make sure "SYSTEM LOCK" and "UNRATED LOCK" are set to "OFF". Highlight each option with the up and down arrows on the remote and change the setting using "" or ">"
5. When they are both set to "OFF", press "MENU" again to return to watching TV.

All your channels should now be unblocked.

Hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please post back.

BElectric

Picture won't change sizes

If you are using a cable box, the settings you want are in the setting menu under "format" or "display" . Typically the choices are Normal or stretch, Select stretch.
The "small picture is how the old NTSC format displays in "normal mode" on a High definition set.
While you are in the settings menu, you might want to verify that the box is set to output at least 720P if not 1080i.

Ok I'm being told to try a couple of different things... nobody seems to be 100% sure of the factory reset on that model.

To reset your Samsung home theater system, follow the steps below:
  1. While NO DISC message appears on the display of the home theater, hold the [STOP] button for longer than 5 seconds. INITIALIZE appears on the display and all settings will return to the default values.
  2. Press the [POWER] button, the home theater has now been reset and will power on. Note: Using the RESET function will erase all stored settings. Do not use this unless necessary.
If that fails try Service mode. But I'm confident the first solution is the correct one.

First on the remote with the unit off
try pressing (Mute 1 8 2 Power) This should kick into "Service Mode" Most samsung products use this code I use it alot. Volume up/down to navigate Mute/Menu to change settings
