After looking at the schematic of this machine it seems that the door AND the control board have to work perfectly together in order for the safety mechanisms to operate correctly. You may have a bad control board or a loose wire. The best thing to do is look closely at a schematic and make sure that everything looks right. here is a blueprint: http://www.pcappliancerepair.com/model/index.php?id=FWT449GFS1
pipes maybe clear but is your area wher you live prone to limescaling? where the water pipe/pipes go into the machine there is a switch to shut on/off the flow of water during whatever cycle you want.this might be blocked or sticking. first try to select different cycles and see if any of those fills the machine with water. if no water comes its one of two things. that switch is faulty or communication between the switch and the front consule is at fault.
contact your supplier after trying to go thru a few different cycles.
check all the drain hoses for something caught in the line to the drain from the tub thru the pump to the stand pipe at the drain, you may have a plugged line and machine pump wont start due to this restriction
most likely transmission bearings are worn out (sounds like a jet plane taking off) unfortunately this requires replacing the transmission which is a costly job.
There is an obstruction in the drain pump. The only way to clear the
obstruction is to remove the lower panel at the front by removing the 2
screws at the lower edge. This will allow the front panel to drop down.
You will need to unplug the machine for the next part.
Now this
will get a little messy... Be sure to have a lot of towels nearby to
sop up the water. On the lower right hand side there is a pump with a
black bellows attached which is also attached to the bottom of the tub.
This black hose is clamped to the front of the pump if you unclamp the
hose the remaining water in the system will spill out. You will have
to reach inside the bellows and remove whatever obstruction is inside.
some models will have a trap inside which may have to be removed from
the top of the hose assembly by unscrewing the clamp on the bottom of
the tub.
The hose will have to be reattached in the reverse
manner. It can be quite tricky to do so... Once the machine is back
together you can run a rinse and spin cycle, it should go
into the full spin when all the water drains.
This procedure may have to be repeated a couple of times to completely remove all of the carpet fibres.
