Hi, could you please describe where the vent on this model may be blocked, as I assume your not talking about a vent outlet hose that goes from the dryer to the wall or ceiling as on other models, this vent is clear from the back hose of the tank or drum up to the condenser, it is also clear from the fan to the top of the door boor seal. Thanks Robert

The solution is here, The condensor container under the dryer fan is block, you have to remove it and clean it, if you are not technical ask someone else to clean it, beacuse you have to open lots of screw and remove the dryer fan/heater to get to the condenser container.by ericlimtf

Hi,

Most of the cases it’s the dryer vent. Check if it is plugged properly which causes no heating up properly. Sometimes new dryers have a lot more sensors on them and it’s very sensitive about needing a clean vent to let out the heat. A dirty vent would build up of lent in it. This causes the dryer to not vent properly and it would keep shutting the flame off. Blow it out and it should heat up and dries quickly. Let us know if you were looking for something more else please accept the suggestion.

It normally takes about 45 minutes for a dryer to dry a full load. If your dryer is taking more than an hour, check these.:-
Vent:------ Frequently there's an obstruction in the vent duct from the dryer to the outside of the house. For the dryer to heat properly, the duct must be clean and clear of lint or any other substance.--- Heating element:----- Your dryer's heating element may be partially burned out. If it is, your dryer still heats, but at such a low temperature that it takes three or four times as long to dry the clothes. If the element is partially burned out, replace it. Internal ductwork Your dryer has some internal ductwork. If it gets clogged, your dryer can't dry properly. In most dryers, to get to the internal ductwork to clear the clog, you have to substantially disassemble the dryer. A quick way to check for internal clogs is to remove the lint filter and use a flashlight to inspect the inside of the duct. If it looks clogged and you can't clear it using your vacuum, contact a qualified appliance repair technician.------ Cycling thermostat:------- Although this isn't a common problem, one of the thermostats that controls the temperature in your dryer may break and cause the dryer to heat poorly. If so, you need to replace it. The thermostat is usually a small, round, black device mounted to an oblong steel plate. The plate is mounted to the internal ductwork with two screws.--------
This will help. Thanks please keep updated.please do rate the solution positively .thank you for using fixya

My dryer stops drying after 10 min. All the lights flash on the right hand side. I've tried different drying settings and different amounts of clothing. Nothing works. What's wrong?

My dryer does the same thing. Additionally, it is not heating what so ever. Clothes are cool and damp, and heating vents at back of dryer are cold to the touch.

Prolem drying clothes

I just contacted Samsung Tech Support for my wash/dryer combo WD-J1255C.
The reply.."it is not a full dryer ...and it is not sold as a full drier.. and don't expect it to be completely dry". I queried why it is advertised as a dryer and got the same reply.
Its a great washer but why did I pay extra for the dryer combo?

Haier HWD1000 washer/dryer

solved!!!! theres a flaw in the machine, lint builds up in air return area from the back of the machine to the heater, takes about 45 min to fix, take off lid and back pannel, remove weight, remove heater wires and hoses, remove plastic air return area, clean out lint, put back together, the air temp sensor is in the plasic housing in the rear of the plastic housing, the lint blocks air from circulating and triggers warning

Clothes Hot but damp, water out of vent

Is this a combo washer/dryer in 1 unit? water shoud not come out if it is just a dryer. Your air coming out of the back vent hose should be hot. If your clothes comes out of your WASHER damp (more than normal) then your washer is not spin drying good enough. (worn belt, clogged drainage system).
