Vista can't see my camera, so I cant download (by 2 users)

Hi there, I think there must be a driver update for vista but I don't know where to find it. I have a vivitar vivicam3945s camera, which works on my old computer (2000), but not on my new one, which operates on Vista. Please canyou advise how I can get it going?

I had a cannon digital but can't seem to be able to use it with my vista it won't download. Also have a new Panasonic DMC-FZ7 and would like to be able to download the pictures easily like on my Windows 98 I used to have as I sell on Ebay and it's costing me as I can't figure it out.
