If you still didn’t fix the uknown Trojan issue you can try manual removal http://www.spyware-techie.com/unknown-trojan-removal-guide/ . I followed the steps and I have not seen a popup for uknown trojan for a week straight now. Im keeping my fingers crossed.

Make sure you startup in safe mode for windows or else you will be wasting your time. Don’t delete any real system files or you could end up spending the night reinstalling windows. Also, go through that list of files and check your task manager for any of them and stop them before you delete them if they are running.

Do not download that spyware, use spybot.com for that, it is safe and easy to use... you can also goto cnet.com and use Adaware which is very good for spyware issues.. please let me know if you have more difficulty.. do you have some sort of security on your pc or router? i hope this helps clean up your pc, it works for me all the time.. i run both the programs just to see sometimes what one will find versus the other.. good luck.. d

Well go ahead and download ESET - http://www.eset.com/us/home/products/antivirus/ and slect 30 day free trial. after that do a custom scan and do a deep scan of everything and after that it will tell you what going on. if indeed you do have a trojan that cant be handled i would recommend getting a reinstall of windows sometime to be all the way safe just get a new hard drive but go and do eset and do the deep scan and see where your at.

Here something you might want to try, first open an elevated command prompt:

Click Start , click All Programs , click Accessories , right-click Command Prompt , and then click Run as administrator .

Type the following in the command prompt:

netsh advfirewall reset

Once the firewall reset is done, it should say OK.

Next type:

netsh interface ip delete arpcache

Let me know if those commands help, if not there are further steps we can take.

Torjan remove virus

Reboot your computer if you have a Mac. Do this by holding down the "Shift" key while the computer restarts itself.

Launch an antivirus program that you should have installed on your computer, such as Symantec's Norton or McAfee. Wait for the program's window to appear, then go to "Disk View." Highlight your computer, then select "Scan/Repair" so that the antivirus can detect the Trojan and trash it.

Exit the antivirus program on your Mac. Restart your computer again to ensure that the Trojan has been deleted. Empty the trash can on your computer once it is back up and running.

Disable the System Restore feature if you're a Windows user. Go to "Start" at the bottom of your screen, then right-click the "My Computer" icon to go to "Properties." Check "Turn off System Restore" under the System Restore tab in the "Properties" window, then select "Apply." Confirm that you want to disable System Restore by clicking "Yes" and "OK."

Update your virus definitions in your antivirus program. Open the program, or go to the website, to download the latest definitions so that you can receive the most recent alerts and keep your computer protected.
Scan your files to detect the Trojan file. Follow the instructions in your antivirus program to delete any suspicious files. You may want to write down the path and file name of the Trojan, which is usually found in the "C:\" hard drive. Then, edit your computer's backup registry by choosing "Start," then "Run." Type "regedit" in the window that appears and click "OK."

Search for the registry entry from which the Trojan derived, which may begin with "HKEY" followed by the file path. Delete the registry entry to ensure that the Trojan is removed. Exit the registry entry, and restart your computer so that the changes can take effect.
Hopefully, it may help to remove Trojan virus from your PC.
