Make sure the cords r plugged in properly. Then you can try to unscrew the 4 screws in the back and pop out the battery. make sure you put the battery in right and if that doesn't work download your songs from a different place.

The songs are in the wrong format. this player will not play iTunes, for instance.

Sansa Fuze supports MP3, WMA, secure WMA, Audible (AA), audiobooks and podcasts in
WMA and MP3 file formats.

I can't put songs on my Sansa Sandisk e250....

You must have the automatic synchronization option checked - go to www.microsoft.com and enter "windows media player manual sync" as your search term - it will give you click-by-click instructions with pictures on how to disable the automatic synchronization; it will also, give you pictures on how to sync a song.

Sansa e280 freezes and can't get songs on

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

1-866-726-3475 Sandisk Customer Support

www.sandisk.com

click on support at the top; click on MP3 players,
find your Sansa and click on it there’s a lot of info

You might want to restore to factory settings. Only problem, you will loose all the music etc in your Sansa, but it should work. First back up the media on your Sansa to your hard drive, flash drive or SD card so you can reload it more easily.

ok here is the thing mp3 players work on bit rates ,
meaning if your bit rate is over 128 bits

so what i suggest is you erase and reformat and only install songswith bitrate of 128

here is a link for ree songs dont sign up to b a member just use tral version and you can also get videos
www.limewire.com
rembe only 128 bits and you wll be able to get more on your unit

Sansa e200 wont load music

Check if the player is in Autodetect/MTP then try retransferring the songs on the player. And before unplugging the player from the computer check if the files are transferred to the player click on the sansa e200 player on the left window to check if it had really transfferred the songs to the player. If it still wont work, try trasnferring songs using windows media player.
