Question about Pioneer AVIC-N2 Car DVD Player
Unfortunately it sounds like the unit has sustained mechanical damage to the screen's drive mechanism - I would recommend removing it and sending it for service.
If that's not an option - you could probably try to manually pull it out and place it in the operating position and it might work. However that might also damage it further.
