Are you sure the pump belt is not stretched? It is hard to tell, but if it is it won't pump.

nspect your steam cleaner's belts for loss or damage. Damaged belts can cause the brushes to stop rolling or the spray mechanism to stop functioning. To fix a damaged pump or brush belt, first unplug the steam cleaner. Refer to the user's manual to determine the specific location of each belt. Order a new belt directly from the manufacturer's website, or from a local home improvement store, if necessary.

The belt has broke on the cleaner is that the reason why the cleaner is not running water out or sucking up any water

There are two belts and they drive the pump that sprays the water out, so if one is broken or loose, you will have poor function.

Unit is not pumping water out

This is most commonly caused by the rubber belt being broken, as the belt powers the main pump.

Check the belt, (through the access door on the side of the machine,) and if it appears worn or stretched, (or is broken or absent,) replace it.

Otherwise it could be a problem with the pump, or could be soap clogging the main water lines. Try flushing the water lines out with warm water. A good way to see if this is the problem is to try using the hand tool. If the hand tool sprays water, the problem is most likely not the pump. If it doesn't, it is probably pump-related.

Check the pump belt, just take that small door of and you can see the belt. If it looks ok, then probably need a new pump.
