How to send voice message without actually having to speak with the recipient
A co- worker told me that I can send my clients a voicemail message without thier phone ringing and having to speak with them. I have looked through my manual and I can not figure out how to do it, does anyone know??
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

The BlackBerry 8830 smart phone, and other BlackBerry phones, come with an application to record voice memos called "Voice Notes Recorder." From this application you can create, store and send voice memos directly from your phone. You do not need to upload the memo on the computer or send it through email (unless the recipient cannot receive multimedia messages).

More than likely a co-worker used the "send message" feature on thier set. Under where it says "message for you" one of the soft keys should say MSG. Press the MSG soft key then the ERASE soft key. That will return your screen to normal.
Voicemail is through the provider... if you go to your menu then messages you should see voicemail. pick that option then hit send follow the instruction giving to you from there. If you cant find it under messages dial your own phone number and hit send will get to voicemal as well. Some providers actually will have voicemail listed under contacts as well.
A voice call is simply the total opposite of a text message.
During a voice call, you dial the actual number on your pad, and you press the send button as well. this will initiate a (voice call). During the voice call, you are able to verbally express words to the other party, or recipient, via digital transfer. On most Samsung, you can initiate the VC, by typing the number, then pressing the voice call button on the touch screen to initiate the call. Pressing the voice call button is the same as pressing the send button after you enter the number of the recipient.
The message was probably left manually by a co-worker and not the voice mail try entering feature 65 that should send you to who turned on the message light.when the station is called back the light should go out.
