F7 E0 error on Kitchenaid KERC601 electric range Oven won't stay on more than 30 seconds before erring out. It still heats if I stand there and keep turning it back on. Stove top works fine.

The F7 E0 error means that the range is not getting the correct door lock status information. This could a problem with the interlock switch, the latch or the wiring, or the control board. First try to wiggle the door latch hook, this may cure the problem temporarily. Next unplug the range. Then pull out the range and take off the back panel. The latch assembly will be at the same height as the top of the door of the oven. Check if the interlock switch is closed when the door is locked. Check if the latch assembly moves properly. Replace any faulty part. If these are fine, check the wiring to the control board. Replace the control board if the wiring is fine.

To get the correct parts, you need to provide the complete model number of the range. lists 17 models that start KERC601. The full model number is on a label inside the oven door; usually it's on the jamb. However, the door latch assembly is bad, that part may no longer be available. I looked up the latch assembly for the KERC601HBL6; it is no longer available from any of the vendors that I checked.

I hope this helps.

Fuel pump assembly leaks and the part is no longer available 1989 dodge dakota sport V6

It would be helpful to know what make and model engine you are working on, but usually rebuild kits are available. For older cars, try Kanter Auto Parts, or search online by make and year model and engine type.

2000 rhd jeep Cherokee spt fried the wiring harness from the tranny up to the plug next to tran dip stick,i cant find any info to buy a replacement its not available at the dealer Lhd is different

Simple, contact every local scrap yard in your area, ask about the year, make model of your jeep, if they have one or more, then go salvage the harness, maybe pick up two while you are there. Be careful that you don`t damage clips etc. they too are hard to findreplace OEM.

A model KERH507YWHO Kitchenaid range is stuck showing F2 we were trying to clean the onen What do we need to do to get it going again? thank you

F2 - Oven Temperature Is Too High - Check for welded contacts on bake and broil relays. If present, replace control board (clock). For SELF CLEAN models, check door lock operation. Check sensor, sensor harness, and the sensor harness connection at sensor and oven control. Also check for any causes of high resistance in the oven temperature sensor circuit. Remember: The oven control board (clock) measures resistance of sensor circuit, not actual oven temperature.
Here is that part. Oven Control Assembly black
I don't believe that it is available any longer.

How do you put normal cd player in 2004 model ford fusion

You will need an adapter kit for the dash panel specific for the Fusion or a multi kit, both availible at an Auto Parts store. You should also buy the wiring harness for the Car as well, this will make life much easier on you! Connect the harness to the stereo, following the schematic/diagram. Pop the dash panel apart and remove the old stereo. Slide the adapter plate over the wires FIRST, then connect the wire harness, put the adapter plate in place and then slide the stereo in place, re-assemble the dash...

Can I get a replacement blade assembly?

The official replacement site for Kenmore products advises that this part is no longer available. See here.

You might try taking your old blade assembly to a local small appliance repair shop and see if they can source a part from a used model or recommend a compatible part from another manufacturer.

Sorry, best I can do.

How to change head light lamp on a Saturn S-Series SC2

Purchase the replacement light you need from an auto parts store. Give them the year and particular Saturn S Series model number to acquire the right part. Also indicate whether you need the high or low beam light bulb, as some S Series models require separate bulbs.
  • Turn off the engine. Pop the hood and secure it open. Disconnect the battery cables from the battery by grasping the cable and pulling it straight off of the positive and negative battery terminals.

  • Position yourself in front of the headlight you wish to repair. Look behind the headlight assembly to find the wiring harness for the headlight assembly. Lift the locking tab, grab the wiring harness and pull the wiring directly away from the assembly.

  • Grab the old headlight bulb, twist it counterclockwise and pull it out of the headlight assembly. Replace it with a new bulb and secure it by turning it clockwise.

  • Reconnect the wiring harness to the headlight assembly and reconnect the battery cables. Test the lights to see if they work properly.

  • Thanks

2000 Mercury 75 outboard 3 cylinder with 3 carburetors and 1 coil per cylinder. No spark. Need wiring diagram please.

No spark can be attributed to two components; The stator or the trigger assembly. Even if you had a diagram (available online @ Mercury), you will still need a test harness,a DVA adapter and a meter to measure the resistance of the CDM's (capacitor discharge module) ,stator and trigger assembly. Best case fix would be the trigger, most expensive would be the stator. If you remove the flywheel, and inspect the stator, you can inspect the the coils that are coated with a white epoxy, and if one or more are bad, they sometimes leak a black resin, indicating the coil(s) have been shorted and no longer provide voltage for spark.
