Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
After about 2-5 minutes of having the console running, the screen starts shaking with white lines appearing. It makes a buzzing noise then just stops. I have already blown out any dust with an air compressor and it did not help. I want to get it fixed but i don't want to risk opening it and breaking it.
This is a graphics processor unit(gpu) fault, the console needs stripping down and new heatsink compound applying to the gpu, this is basically the same fix for rrod, so there are plenty of guides on this site or youtube if you want to tackle this yourself.
Thumbs up if this helps.
