For as little as half the cost of the Base Station, you can buy an
AirPort-compatible wireless router that offers most of the AirPort Base
Station's features (and in some cases, even more).
The AirPort were the easiest to set up, and works rather smoothly vs all the other routers on the market.
All the others tended to have a few hiccups, some more than a few, but the AirPort is Macs best bet.

51331: this error is caused by the Wii being unable to connect to the access point
So what you need to do:
Try changing the channel of your wireless router to either channel 1 or channel 11 which can increase download speeds.
