Problem with cooling of HAIER HVT12ABS

I have changed the thermocooling TEC1-12705 due to lack of cooling for a TEC1-12708 . The problem is that its only blowing hot air. any advise ?

not to much experience with tecs, but a tec has a hot and cold side so turn the tec around and that should solve your problem and also some good thermal paste should be used on the hot side. good luck and let me know how you got on.
