Question about Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 for PC
Manually manage computer memory
When your computer's physically installed random-access memory (RAM) is running low, Windows adds available memory by using a paging file, generally known as virtual memory, on the hard disk to simulate physical RAM. By default, the virtual memory paging file that is created during installation is 1.5 times the physical RAM on your computer. Therefore, a computer that has 1GB of installed RAM will have 1.5GB of virtual memory.
You can manually change the size of the paging file to make it larger or smaller. You can also optimize virtual memory use by dividing the file space between multiple drives and by removing allocated space from slow or heavily accessed drives. To optimize your virtual memory space, divide it among as many physical hard drives as possible. When you select drives, follow these guidelines:
To manually change the size of virtual memory, follow these steps:
if none of the above methods of memory optimization works....
then your windows profile had somehow got corrupted. If you open outlook on any other profile on the computer set up your account and all your email in outlook should be fine. if this is the case... all that is left to do is save all your documents on a flash drive, delete the current profile and make a new one and put it all back
go to control panel, mail and make a new profile using a completely
new name. Add the old pst file to the new profile before opening Outlook. If you get errors when you try to add it, the backup process may have damaged the pst. Run scanpst on it and try to repair it or get another copy from the backup.

All this means is that the number of bytes of information u are trying to send is in excess of what is allowed by the internet service provider u have, this is common with uncompressed picture or video files, always use JPEG, contact your internet service provider to find out about a larger allownace for your email.
