Question about GE Dishwashers
Make sure the salt level is ok - add 1Kg of salt if you have not done it in a while, and check rinse-aid level if apliccable.
If this does nothing, then remove the lower kick panel for access to a data sheet which should be in there on the right hand side.
This lists error codes for your model.
While you are looking in there - check there is no water in the flood sensor. It's basically a float in a tray. If there is water in the tray, empty it and see if the error is removed.
Finding a possible leak is another matter of just watching while running a cycle.
