Question about Dell (002TR) Motherboard
The error message I get is below, I've swapped out the battery and still get the same message
floppy diskette seek failure
alert! system battery voltage is low
Hello my friend, for the first error it means that you must disable floppy disk from bios.Hit del while you booting and find the option floppy seek in the bios and disable it(usually boot options/advance boot options/settings)
,save and exit and you finished. For the second error you must replace the bios battery. On your motherboard there is one small round battery that keeps bios settings, take it out but first take off your power cord and push the power button for 10 secs so you will remove any electricity for not harming your system.Take the battery to a shop or electrical shop and buy the same/with the same model that is writing on the top.Very easy to find it and cheap too. After you buy this installed exactly as it was. With the letters on top and then plug you power cord and open your computer and make the settings in the bios i told you.Good luck
