Why am I having trouble sending emails but I can receive emails

do u know which email program u are using? also which antivirus if any?

You have to use Yahoo or google to use Outlook or other mail application. find out settings on your email service provider

Most of the email service providers, dont allow you to send email(they give this as a paid service). You can configure your SMTP settings on your email account properties with the SMTP server details given to you by your email service provider in order to send emails, Contact your email service provider for the SMTP server details.
