we're almost the same motherboard,if you are using Win XP, i recommend to use this tool, you can also update some of your drivers.

download this software : UPDATE MY DRIVERS
Registration KEY : JCCQ-MAKC-KACK-6TSE-BN35

Here's how it works.

* install the software and run the program after installation.
* if ask for Key registration, just enter this code : JCCQ-MAKC-KACK-6TSE-BN35
* Tick "Scan" to begin (it will detect all drivers that needs to be updated)
* click start to begin downloading (you can choose which driver you want to download)
* click "Install" and it will automatically install on your computer.

Best regards,

Sound not working

  • check the device manager if the sound driver is installed properly.
  • Right Click "My Computer" and on the menu choose "Manage"
  • Then on the listed items on the right click "Device Manager"
  • Now the left window will show the devices installed in your computer.
  • Look for " Sound,Video and Game Controllers " and click the " + " sign.
  • Be sure that all the device had been installed properly..if you see a yellow mark with exclamation point it means the device has a problem.
  • You need reinstall the driver using the cd driver of the computer..if you dont have the cd you will need to download the driver.
  • If you know the name of the software for your sound for example (Realtek AC'97) you can search the google for that driver..

I have this problem about my HP vs 15 monitor..there is no sound coming out from it..and when i check the sound and audio device option in the control panel..it says "no audio device"..please...

Do you already check with device manager? if you dont know where to open device manager.

If you are using original license operating system(window xp, window 7)
try this link

if not...using pirate, dont use FIX wizard that..
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My alternative...
when you have check device manager, you will see software or driver for each hardware.
-there are many factor that derive from that sound problem.
1st. Driver is out of date.. try update software..
- find you sound adapter in device manager, right click and chose properties.
-in driver tab, chose update.

2nd. Driver have been deleted or damaged because of virus.
-you can try update.
- but it need more time
-if you using pci sound card, find your model name .using google.
-if you dont use pci sound card, then find name and model for your motherboard.
google the driver . sometime you can find more driver, make sure you download sound driver only . but if you want backup driver, donwload all the driver.

after downloading finish, install and restart..

It is working ?
rate me..

Trouble finding all the correct drivers

Hi Angele,
Click on the ASRock link below where you can download the drivers for the Motherboad 775VM800:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=775vm800

Download the sound driver named, (C-Media audio driver ver:AC97Integrate003 File size 25.16MB).

Download the VGA driver named, (Onboard VGA driver ver:16.01.23.15 File size, 7.69MB).
Save the above ASRock link above in case you need other driver software.

Good luck Angele!
If you run into any other trouble, just post the problem here & I'll help you further.
