This is most likely due to a switch failure (if your lucky, if not then a broken wire harness, or physically jammed window) the easy way to test is to remove the switch assy, and manually jump the contacts, if the windows moves, then its the switch assy, if not, then a much more intensive trouble shooting method is needed,
If your handy with a volt meter, you can do it yoruself, if not, then its diffacult enough that you should take it to a shop
