SOURCE: just stopped working
please check if the supply is still present in your amp using a multimeter. if you dont have a multimeter, check the fuse that supply the amp. a broken fuse will not turn the amp. let us know.

Check to see if you have a speakers A button and a speakers B button. Cycle them both on and off one at a time with something playing. This may turn the speakers back on. In addition you can check to see if you have a second room speakers feature that somehow got turned on- if so turn it off and the sound should come back. In addition you should download the manual and search for these features to show you have to deal with them.
