Question about Arris SURFboard SB5120 Modem
Generally a wireing issue or signal issue i assume by this time you have it fixed by the date. you can check 192.168.100.1 in a web browser and it should show the signals. if recieve is flashing then the downstream is either out of range or something else. it wont go to upstream until it locks onto downstream first.
