Hi

Some times it needs a good clean up but this is up to you if you want to do this I put down here. But after you don this prime the printer so it gets the inks back in the heads, it may take a little time for the inks to work.

Ok it got to be the heads blockage
There is fluid cleaner for this but I can never find any in the shops the only ones I seen is when they sell them in Tesco but they come in with the ink refill bottles so I just use worm water by it self on a cloth and dabbing on the heads to clean them, it will not harm the heads but not to much water.

Some heads are on the inks them self but some have them inside the printer so I not know your printer so if the heads are inside you need to get them out you may find that some heads will just clip out put some need to be unscrewed so you got to know how they come out so be careful and not push to hard on them, if the heads are on the ink then it is a easy job to clean them,
It worth a try it worked for me more than ones.

Please all I ask is call back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one, so I will keep on helping.

Also you can take your cartridges to an office max and have them electronically test to make sure they're working right, so they can communicate with the printer and computer

Dip catridge nozzles(take care water should not touch the contacts) up to one minute, shake the catridge, place on tissue paper verify weather ink spreading in tissue? repeat this process twice clean the cartride, place in printer then try... ensure that it's only tip...

Need to clean head on my printer, and can't figure out how. HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Printer It isn't printing well and has been in a cold cabin in the mountains for the past 8 months.

Just change the ink cartridges - the print heads are built into the cartridges on this printer. If it sat unused for 8 months, then probably some ink dried in the tiny holes and clogged them. While it might be possible to dissolve it with distilled water, I haven't had very good luck with that. It would be simpler to just put in new cartridges.

After not using printer for several months my printer will not print even after buying new ink cartriages what do i do?

Inkjet printers do not like being left unused.
The print head may be blocked. Try several deep cleaning of the print head to see if it can clear the blocked print nozzles.
If none of this works then the print head needs to be replaced.
NOTE the print head is not a cheap item, you may consider putting the money towards a new and better printer.

How can you clean the printer but clicking on

Hi
If yourPSC 1210v printer has been left unused for some time? You probably have an ink clog and the standard cleaning is not enough to clear the clogged ink.

Assuming your HP 56 57 still has ink? Empty they are about 30g Each 1g over that is 1ml of unused ink.

Provided it worked OK before a period of non-use? Then you just need to use a PRINT HEAD CLEANING KIT to unclog the tiny jets.
Magic Inkjet Flush usually works a treat on those!

Magic is ideal for unclogging the tiny jets on any Canon,Epson HP and removing those horrible white lines which usually appear in prints when dried ink clogs several jets...

So if yours appears to be a clog? all you should need to do is to use a littleMagic Inkjet Flush to soak the print head and you should be printing again like new.

I hooked up my HP Deskjet 812C seems like there is no power?

HTML clipboardHi,
It may sound silly but have you had your printer unused for a while?

If so the inks C6615A [No. 15] black and C1823A color ink cartridge may have clogged up?

The empty weights are 65g and 90g anything over that...
1g = 1ml of unused ink
.

If you still have ink you can unclog them with a HTML clipboard Magic Inkjet Flush Kit which is great if you ever need to UNCLOG an HP Canon Epson or any other inkjet printer.

HP 812C will not print yellow but everything else is A-OK Repeated cleanings have NO effect. Cleaned contacts on printer where it connects to cartridge, no effect. HP 23 cartridge only has about 10 pages...

HTML clipboardHi,
It you haven´t used your printer for a while It sounds like the yellow has clogged up in the print head.
Although you have ink you need to print something regularly about every 10 days to keep the tiny jets open
otherwise it´s like trying to pass a camel through the eye of a needle.

So the inks may have clogged up?

The empty weights are 65g C6615A [No. 15] black and
90g C1823A color ink cartridge
anything over that... 1g = 1ml of unused ink.

So if you still have ink you can easily unclog it with a HTML clipboard Magic Inkjet Flush Kit (find it on Ebay)

Carriage cycles normally but no ink on paper.(Stylus color 880)

Turn off printer. Open Case. Move head carriage to parking position. Do suction from outlet pipe of head cleaning mechanic. It's for checking head. is there ink out? If printer not used for long time, may be ink inside head dried. Utility screen just show estimated not actually. If head clog, and do head cleaning more 5 times, screen show ink nearly out, but actually ink tank nearly full.

Epson 440 won't print

The ink dried up in the print head. A printer should be used at least every two weeks to keep from drying up the ink. You may have to replace the print head or have it serviced.
This is not much help. Bud
