Question about Dynex Wireless Optical Laptop Mouse DX-PWLMSE
When I purchased my HP notebook they gave me a Dynex wireless mouse and I can not get it to work can someone help me with what I need to do to get this working.
Right below the scroll button there is an eject button. Push this and slide out the cover. You will find the battery compartment. Insert 2, AAA batteries. Be careful about the polarity. It is marked. Just match the polarity. In between the 2 batteries you will find the receiver unit. Slide this one out. Insert this receiver unit into the USB port of your laptop. Close the battery compartment cover. Turn the mouse upside down. You will find an on/off (on the right side top) switch. switch it to on position. If the mouse is not detected, press the connect button below the on/off switch. Good luck.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
