Question about Philips SA3125\02 MP3 Player
If you still have the CD's the device manager is included with them. install it and use it. if you are using win xp sp3 or vista/win7 you will need to visit the site-->support page-->find your device and look for the device manager download. alternatively (worked for me on a 6gb) you can open my computer while the device is plugged in and recognized right click the philips mp3 icon and click format, this will erase all of your music and images but it should recover your mp3 player. if this does not work use the program from the site/your CD's
