Re: Xbox worked for login then went crazy
i,d contact microsoft.
if it was after using thier server, that you had the problem.
surely they should have some form of repair or replacement to offer you ?
If it,s still under warranty, i,d claim for a replacement or repair.
try it on a different TV Channel or Set.
after i setup my XBox 360 and logged into live.
when my console reset, i cannot get a picture to appear on my T/V. What ya gonna do About It.
If it,s unmodified in any way, go for the warranty.

Try every adress you think might be correct. And every password you might think of. When one works, it's your xbox live login and pw.
If you still can't figure out. Search microsoft messages in the inbox of every email adress that you use. When you find a message from Microsoft or Xbox Live, it's the E-mail you used to connect to your account. Just follow the password retrieval procedure from this point.
You can use your Xbox 360 console to find your Microsoft account email address.
From the Home screen, sign in to your Xbox 360 console using your Xbox Live-enabled gamertag.
In the upper-right corner, your Microsoft account email address will appear in rotation with your gamertag.
It's all I can think of right now. I wish you good luck.
1 Did you create a account ?
2 Is your account past due ?
3 Does your XBox have a hard drive ?
4 Check your internet connection .
5 Unpluge the XBox for 30 sec. Reset up Wi Fi .
If all is good go to X Box . Com / Support. They will check the connection for you no charge .
If you can't sign in to an Xbox Live profile on your console, here are other ways to find your Microsoft account OR recover your password.
Go to login.live.com and try signing in with what you think is your Microsoft account (email address and password). If you can sign in, the email address and password you entered are valid. Next, go to Xbox.com and try signing in with this same information. If you're prompted to create an Xbox profile, the Microsoft account you entered is not currently associated with an Xbox Live account. Otherwise, you will sign in and see your gamertag in the upper-right corner of the screen. This email is associated with an Xbox Live account.
Check your email accounts for messages about your Xbox Live membership (search for messages about "Xbox Live" or "Microsoft billing"). This may help you determine which email address is associated with your Xbox Live membership.
If you have forgotten your password, when attempt to login, click the "Can't access your account?" link below the credential boxes and then select "I forgot my password." You'll then be brought through a step-by-step process to recover your account password.
this also happens when you recover you gamer tag too many times, its a safety thing, go to live.com sign in an you will have a message follow the steps to re activate your account, sill i know but it worked for me...
Just use the "Recover Profile" option on the dashboard.
This only works if your connected to Xbox Live and the profile has been
recently Synced with The Xbox live Servers So No Live=No Profile
Recovery. The Recover Gamertag function is on the same side bar where you login to a profile..
After your Xbox starts hit the Xbox button on your controller and
'Recover Gamertag from Xbox Live' should be right under 'Create New
Once you select 'Recover Gamertag from Xbox Live' it will walk you through the steps required.. or I would suggest you to visit the forum and discuss your problem http://forums.xbox.com/
