Question about Creative Labs ZEN SLEEK MP3 Player
My Creative Zen Sleek has completely frozen, and a message saying 'Hardware Problem' is constantly on the screen at all times, I have tried using the reset button but it had no effect!! Please help as I can not survive without my music!!
I have had my Zen Sleek for ages and it's never gone wrong before so the drive must be fine . . .

"Hard-disk Problem"... I'd just like to confirm once more that smacking the player on its rhs while turning it on works.I had to smack it fairly hard though so don't be afraid!! I didn't try smacking it till I checked out the threads above so thanks everyone I'm a happy man again!! :)
