Your thermostat is not working right,I do hope you have new grease without no water in it,Have you checked grease temp?

Remove the toilet & have a plumbing company power snake
as much of the entire homes waste drain as possible

Maybe clogged inside the home on most runs & also out to
the street,have them do as much as they can, out to the street

Bubbles transmission fluid


I'm not sure the bubbles are telling you anything. When the transmission or power steering is working, you can have bubbles in the fluid.
One possible cause for the stalling at stops is a faulty torque converter lockup solenoid.

How to properly grease n bleed front disc brakes on 07 Suzuki boulevard


You normally do not grease brakes. The only time use use special brake grease, is when you are taking the pistons out to rebuilt the hydraulic seals. They it helps to use special brake grease to aid in reassembly, and to prevent water getting in past the dust cover.

You bleed all brakes the same.
First you top up reservoir.
Then pump pressure.
Then open the furthest breeder first, until pressure drops.
Repeat until clean and no bubbles.
Refill as you go.

Most of the time it is an air bubble at the opening where the grease goes into the cap,,and secound most likely is the trigger must be cycled slow or they dont have time to reload.hope it helps

They are probably made like the old Christmas tree bubble lights. These had a solution, I think it might have been calcium chloride and they were heated at the bottom end of the tube by an incandescent lamp that ran pretty hot. The lamps in your unit might be burnt out. I remember we had to tap the tubes lightly to get them to start bubbling sometimes.

fill the cavity with grease no air bubbles, then take a shaft or dowel that fits snuggly in the hole and drive the grease in with a hammer, the pilot bearing will pop put

I have a 1979 R65. The front brake is very stiff and is won't fully release from the disc. Tried bleeding. The manual says that the problem could be: "No clearance at handbrake lever of master cylinder"....


  1. I have 2 ideas. Stuck galiper. This crimper gotta move freely on pins. When it get rusty, desassemble everything, clean and buff and lube it with anti-seize and dielectric grease mixture. Also inspect the piston if it moves freely and if its free of rust when you depress the lever. Then put it back genltly with screwdriver. Also sometimes its very hard to bleed, because the wire have curves in it and air bubbles get trap. It did mess with mine for a complete days, putting the bike on aside and actionning the lever, i was always looking at bubbles gettin out in the oil reserve. Gotta have no air in the lines. Also some people bleed it from the bottom by using seringe and injecting oil in the galiper bleeder...

Sometimes stop advancing. sometimes keep advancing 5 to 8 slides.


the mechanism needs cleaning. it is an almost purely mechanical device and needs greasing. the old grease gets hot and dusty and starts to get sticky. when this happens, the moving parts tend not to move. the mechanism needs to come out for a cleaning and regreasing.

Abs brakes


The most over looked culpret and is also a good possibility could be a brake hose that is deteriating on the inside of the hose or frozen or un-lubricated slide pins. Not just any old grease will do. You you need caliper grease for the pins. The grease has to be able to withstand the heat and not break down. You don't want to go overboard with the grease either because it will collect brake dust and gum up. A light coat is great. If the caliper is able to be compressed back into the caliper with the bleeder valve broken loose then it's likely you have a bad hose. Replace hose and bleed brake system starting from the right rear brake, then left Rear, right front and finally left front. If it doesn't back off check the slide pins for ware and that they function and are not frozen up. Do you see any wet fluid leaking from the caliper or on the brake pads and rotor? I have a 1 ton Ford Diesel that the Rt Front caliper wasn't backing off until I broke free the bleeder valve and found that it was not the caliper, but the hose was bad, the slide path was all rusted and the slide pins were shot. Replaced for hose, slide pins, wire brushed slide path, and greased slide pins and path with caliper grease. Bought a small bottle of brake fluid to bleed the brakes. Total caost was aprox $25.00. New caliper for my truck would cost me $64.00 plus core charge for the old caliper. I had to change out my calipers in the rear as well so that's how I know the cost saved. If you have those little shiney clips that the pads ride on (top and bottom) you need to pop them off and knock loose any rust, brake dust and dirt and then clean up the clips with a wire brush. What happens is rust (usually) bubbles up under the clip and makes the clip raise up slightly. You can't really see the clip raised up but the tolerance is so close that the pads will actually bind up on the bubble and make it seem like the caliper isn't releasing. Depends on what style you have.
