Hello,try with that program or remove your drive and set the region code again.Right-click My Computer then select Properties,select the Hardware tab,click the Device Manager button and go to DVD/CD-ROM drives,double click to open the tree.Then choose your dvd burner and right click and uninstall it.Do the same for the IDE controllers.But i believe its more easy with the program i told you
