sir,

i write u this letter as i seek answer to a few problems im facing.In itunes
i cant find the source pane not to mention transfer or syn any song to my ipod nano.the computer doesn't recognize my ipod nano but that big ipod. im totally immaeur i dont know anything about computer downloads.please help
