Picture is blurry on new Toshiba 42HL67 lcd tv

Just got this new tv about a month ago. I have a dual Dish Network receiver and dvd/vcr combo unit connected to it. The picture is just not as sharp and clear as I think it should be. Could something be connected wrong? I do not have high def, but I think the picture should still be clear and sharp. Any suggestions?

WizHi suegy, the quickest thing to test is play a dvd and observe the quality of the display. if still blurry or dull, could mean something wrong with your TV. going through what causing it...could be weak signal or CCFL lamp not glowing enough or fully.
Since its only a month ago, should be still u/warranty. Check out where you bought from and avail that warranty.
