Looking for a fixing unit for a Cannon C3220 - Any ideas?

I have Canon C3220 and it is displaying e000355-0001 anytime i switch it on. pls help me solve this problem. Thanks.

The error code E020 refers to a density problem with one of the Drum Units. The sub-code 03b0 refers to one specific Drum Unit, of which
I'm not sure. I believe if you go into service mode and check Density, you'll see each Drum Unit listed there. You are looking for an average Density reading of +-2.5 for the Units. Don't get crazy trying to reach that value, but look to see which one is way off and that may be your culprit. Or maybe one of these other guys may be able to tell you which unit the sub-code is pointing to.

error is related to the finisher(stacker up-down movement). the hight sensor may have a problem

You simply run them through the bypass tray, about 10-15 at a time. There is no fast way to do it.

Look on pages 2-42 thru 2-53 of the Reference Guide for the proper proceedure.

This error indicates that it cant detect the scanner unit of IRC3220

Check the cable that connect the machine and scanner unit .switch off the machine disconnect the cable and reconnect it and switch on the machine again hope this will help

Suggest to check the transfer unit. Especially the transfer cleaning blade..

im assuming your talking about the upper roller in the fuser? if so you need to take the unit out 2 silver screws on top looking back at you. and replace the unit try ebay. those rollers are very difficult to do

Is the finsher pluged in to the back of the copier?????
