Question about Motorola Mobility H500 Wireless Headset

1 Answer

Won't work at all

I received my headset as a gift in December. I have been using it and have had some problems with the headset disconnecting from my phone. But, for the most part, has worked rather well. Today I had my headset connected to my phone, disconnected the headset and then connected it again. The phone said the headset was connected, but less than a minute later it disconnected on its own and I can not get the headset to respond at all. It won't blink, make noise, it won't turn on at all. What do I do?

I have fully charged the headset yet it constantly disconnects on its own...it was in storage for a few months and I only recharged it and started using it...maybe it needs recharging a few times?

My 220 won't turn on. Red light stays on when charging but when unplugged won't do anything

The link below on page 7 has the sequence for turning on your headset (Explorer 230 and 220 work the same). If you're still having problems, then it needs to replaced.

The handset lifter works, but no sound can be heard or received by either party

If you have a 510a base, then purchased a Plantronics Voyager Pro headset to replace your old headset, it won't work. Those are two different headsets. The Voyager Pro is not meant to work with the 510a base. The correct headset is this:

The tuner in the DVD recorder also needs to be digital. If you have a converter box that would take care of it, otherwise you'll need a new DVD recorder.

Hi, I purchased two units of logitech cordless

Your friend should be able to use the headset if your friend's computer has Bluetooth feature. THe computer will send and receive the Bluetooth signals with one transmitter/receiver like your computer does and then connect to the wireless lan with a different transmitter/receiver system on a different frequency. Just make sure your friend's computer has Bluetooth feature turned on and then setup the headset by the "pairing" process.
